Training
for climbing

It’s a three-level physical preparation program for climbing. Each level consists of 10 training sessions. The goal of the program training for climbing is to support your overall physical development and enhance your capacity to handle the demands of climbing.

Level 1 is for everyone.
To join Levels 2 and 3, you need to complete Level 1 or consult with our trainer.

This program is for you if you want to:

  • Improve your physical capabilities,
  • Minimize the risk of climbing injuries,
  • Learn new exercises,
  • Train with weights,
  • Build your motivation to train.

Basic calisthenics

A 10-session series designed for climbers of all skill levels who aim to achieve maximum physical fitness. This fitness not only protects against injuries but also allows you to enjoy athletic achievements, both in climbing and beyond.

The first part of the series focuses on mastering exercise techniques in detail and is SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. Throughout the program, we emphasize developing strength and endurance, aiming not only to improve climbing performance but also to serve as injury prevention.


This program is for you if you want to:

  • Develop strength and shape your physique without relying on a traditional gym,
  • Build balance and control over your body,
  • Discover new exercises using your own body weight,
  • Improve your posture,
  • Build your motivation to train,
  • Minimize the risk of climbing injuries.

“BASIC CALISTHENICS” is not just physical training but also a journey toward better understanding your body, enhancing your physical skills, and building a solid foundation for effective training, both for climbing and beyond.

Complementary
training

This is a series of 8 general development sessions aimed at beginner and intermediate climbers.

It combines strength training with mobility training. The goal of the classes is to build a strong foundation that will make your body less prone to injuries while practicing sports/climbing. We will focus on deep stabilization, a strong and healthy shoulder and hip girdle, but that’s not all!

We will introduce conscious and controlled strength through a full range of motion. Anyone can attend the classes, regardless of how long you’ve been training or if you’re just starting your journey with physical activity. Conscious work with your body is the foundation not only for safe training but also for daily functioning.

The first meeting will take the form of a workshop, where we will talk about breathing, proper abdominal tension, and scapular movement, after which we will move on to practice and conscious work with the body.

In the next 3 sessions, we will focus heavily on stabilizing our torso. These will mainly be exercises in support, hanging, and using a gym ball.

The next phase will focus on mobility training. The exercises will be gymnastic and strength-based. We will work on new ranges of motion and build strength within them – expect exercises such as single-leg squats and handstands. Each of these training sessions will end with a circuit strengthening the torso.
