Gym

Especially for you, we’ve created a small gym at Mood. It’s equipped with everything you need for strength and general fitness training: dumbbells, kettlebells, balls, mats, barbells, and a power rack.
This is where the “Training for climbing” and “Basic calisthenics” cycles take place, as well as personal training sessions.


The gym is open during the Mood’s operating hours. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and to check the schedule for group classes and trainer sessions that may reserve the space.
For warming up at MOOD, we have also prepared a large space right next to the climbing wall. There you will find dumbbells, mats, fingerboards and bars.
You can use the gym as part of your entry to the wall or on days you don’t climb – using your “gym” pass or MULTISPORT PLUS card.
