As a trainer, Małgorzata will help you build awareness of your body, improve your exercise technique, and learn how to train effectively and safely. Together, you will create a plan perfectly tailored to your needs and abilities, allowing you to feel in full control of your body. She loves movement and believes that the more challenges and diverse stimuli we experience, the better we can understand and connect with our bodies.
