The Administrator provides various services related to the processing of personal data. Depending on the type of service, the Administrator processes different personal data.
PURPOSE: Contact with clients and establishing cooperation
If you contact the Administrator (via phone, email, website form, correspondence, or in person) and provide contact and identification data (name, surname, email, phone number), or other personal data, such data is processed for the purpose of:
- Responding to inquiries based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Pursuing legitimate interests of the Administrator related to the defense or enforcement of claims in connection with the contact made (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
PURPOSE: Conclusion and performance of contracts, including via the website
In connection with the business activities of CUBE WALLS, we process your personal data to conclude, perform, and settle contracts for services related to the use of MOOD and CUBE facilities, participation in activities, events, or purchases made at the facilities or via the website. We process data such as name, date of birth, data of parents/guardians of minors, and data of minors under the care of clients, including image data. For sports events, we also process sports results. For entrepreneurs, we process data such as company name, bank account number, NIP, and REGON. This data is processed:
- For contracts in which you are a party, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- To pursue the legitimate interests of the Administrator in concluding, performing, and settling contracts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- To pursue the legitimate interests of the Administrator in providing information about the results of organized sporting events (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
In compliance with legal obligations, especially regarding invoicing/accounting, we process your personal data based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Regarding claims and document archiving related to service usage, we process your personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For marketing and advertising purposes, we process personal data such as image, name, surname, email address, phone number, or social media account identifiers. This data is processed:
